Applaws went down well here, the dry kitten stuff, 2kg disappeared quickly. I have a huge bag of Orijen that my little angels have ripped a hole in, and as it is unpreserved they'll be eating that for a while. Not tried the wet - they are ok with Bozita and some HiLife Kitten/Junior now.

I would certainly go with applaws over the felix any day, as the quality of the applaws is so much better.
if you compare the ingredients list you will see that applaws stick to a list of named ingredients whereas the felix will just say "meat and animal derivatives" so the formulation could change with no warning possibly exposing you cats to tummy upsets.

felix and the like i think of as the fast food takaways of the cat food world, fine for the odd occasion but not something thats great for making up the whole diet.

Rich food like applaws gives most of mine the shits if fed to them more than an odd occasion as a special treat. "Fast takeaway" of the cat world Felix has given me big strong healthy MC's so cheap & nasty works well for mine.
I do go for good make of biscuits though but having said that they only get a small portion daily, their main menu is Felix in jelly....!

Storm is on Acana Pacifica which he loves to bits, and Bozita. I'm going to try some Grau with him too, see if he is ok on it!

My babies are still on RC kitten wet and dry and that's it. They seem to be doing well so for me its a bit "if it ain't broke then don't fix it"! Having said that I will need to move them on to adult food eventually I suppose. I havent really looked into it but I was thinking of sticking with RC

I've never tried Soren on Applaws because he's extremely fussy when it comes to his food. Currently, he only eats Purina ONE dry and Deli Adult cat food (pets at home). It was rather difficult to find these because I didn't want to feed him on a wet food with a low meat content.
