Mine may get some red meat tonight - I bought a beef escalope, looks lovely and I want it :)

I bought 2 pork chops yesterday, and when I got home our friend was there, and he couldn't believe it when I chopped them up and fed them to the cats. He thought they were for our tea, not theirs. Oh the look on his face....especially when the lads were like a pair of wild animals trying to snatch it from my hands and nomming it all up in seconds flat, hehe.
