I almost 99% my MC (from the shelter) has ear mites. Without doing a microscope reading I'm not 100% sure. Any home treatments or OTC treatments? Trying to keep her out of VET if possible (she's already been through enough stress).

I'm a dog groomer and use a powder called Thornit for dogs ears (if you google it for more info). For routine use just use a small make up brush and dust the inside of the ear daily. It is safe for use on cats. Good luck.
I agree with Candes on this don't just assume it is ear mites & if it is you would most probaly need something stronger than Thornits to kill them anyway they are quite powerful little b*****s & they are easily passed onto any other animals in the household too. It would not be an over stressful vet visit for her & if she has had a bad experience with them might just help her by this one being quite straightforward,if it is an infection rather than mites the longer you leave it the worse it will get & then could end up being a very painful visit....
