Thread: Toothpaste that is safe for cats? Is Triple-Pet EZ Dog Pet Toothpaste safe?

I wanted a toothpaste that is natural and safe for my cat who is about 11-month old. So then I bought a while back Triple-Pet EZ Dog Pet Toothpaste because in Petco website and in the back of the box of Triple-Pet EZ Dog Pet Toothpaste said that it is Ideal for both dogs & cats. But lately I was reading into some of the ingredients and I found the last ingredient was Tea Tree Oil. I put that in yahoo search and I found alot of websites saying that Tea Tree Oil is toxic for cats. I was then looking for another toothpaste for cats only and found it also had Tea Tree Oil. Is Tea Tree Oil found in cats toothpaste safe for them?

Purified Water, sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, kaolin, tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, Flavor, xanthan gum, stevia, tea tree oil.
