Thread: Stunted ear growth

Before i ask i am NOT after another maine coon my two are just right lol

right i was browsing a certain website last night and came across a litter of 5 registered maine coons (rather cheap aswell) cute as buttons but there ears were all small the reason was the mother was overly clean with them thus stunted the growth of the ears???
How does this happened ie how can washing the kittens ears make the ears stay small?? Can the mother do this to any other part of her kittens body aswell?
