    Cat cool blankets or pads

    Has anyone ever used a cool blanket or pad for their babies. Since we can have some extreme hot weather at times well over 46 degrees celcius or 118+ farenheight, I thought we may need someway of keeping Pumpkin cool especially since we do not have air conditioning.
    any thoughts or experience?
