diarrhea
He's here, we picked Yazza up last Sunday visited the vet on Monday and she was happy with him, I mentioned that he had diarrhea (sp?) and she said it was probably the stress of moving etc, but he's had it on and off since :( I'm currently boiling up some chicken for him to see if that helps and will take him back to the vet on Monday but just wondered if anyone had any advice in the mean time he is otherwise fine, chasing the dog, playing with the kids and eating LOADS so I'm not too worried but just wondered if any of you had any experience?

I don't know if you got your kitten from a breeder but if you did, well... you might ask her/him for info. My kitten (Sif) came to live with us when she was 13 weeks old and she was vet-checked just before the breeder gave her to us. She got a bit of runny-tummy after one week she was with us but we guessed it was just her being sensitive and due to the change of home and environment. She settled fine later on and no signs of diarrhea since. Given that you already have the test results, I gather it is perfectly possible he got the virus before you picked him up.

we lost him on the 14th December :'( his intestine telescoped in on itself due to the constant diaroeah they operated and removed about 10" of it but he was just too small and although he survived the surgery he just wasn't strong enough to recover from it
