    Red face Spraying?

Now I dont know for shore it was Louie, I was feeding Scutter in the bathroom as usual & Louie came in, when Scutter had finished & Id done trying to fix the shower curtain again Louie I noticed a spray of liquid across the floor & up the little bin called OH as I have no sence of smell, his isnt much better he said it smelt a little of pee, I cleaned it up & had a good feel of Scutter's bladder incase he was haveing a blockage episode starting but fine.

The litter trays did'nt make my eyes water & it has'nt happend again so not sure, Louie is off for the snip at 9 months as thats what our vet recommend but he may be going earlier if it happens again, but Im not sure if it was him would it not have stunk as tom cat pee does when they are marking?

Could be Louie - if he hasn't matured yet then his spray will just smell of pee and not that awful tom cat smell.

Keep him out of the area that he sprayed in and get him neutered asap!

My neutered moggies in the past would spray in the garden but it's just a pain if they carry in the habit indoors!

Fingers crossed he settles down soon and stops before he starts to get smelly!!

Do neutered male cat spray too? I thought it was just entire toms. As Simba was neutered before we got him I'm hoping I wont do it. If they do start spraying in doors is there anyway of stopping them?

We had a male who sprayed one time the day before he was already scheduled to be neutered, at around 7months. Had just the slightest hint of mature male odor. Never did it again after he was neutered. Better get him neutered right away...and clean the places he has peed with an enzyme urine eliminating product.

All booked in for thursday so will have one hungry Louie. There must be a visiting cat in the back lane as Casper has just sprayed up the back gate now & he was neuterd years ago just aslong as they keep it to the yard. We had a tom cat years ago that did it in the house a feliway sorted that out but we already have one so I dont know

I wonder if it is anything to do with the fact that Scutter keeps trying to have kittens with Louie & Simba keeps doing the same with Casper all very odd must have something to do with the football
