I need help, Purddie is scabby. I have checked evey inch of her for signs of fleas but there is nothing there. She is constantly grooming but otherwise seems happy and not scratching, yet she is still covered in little scabs as if she's been fighting (which she hasn't|). I though she might have some sort of feline eczema and was about to buy some specialist shampoo but I thought I would ask you guys your advice first! Any thoughts?:sad2:
There are many shampoos out there but I would get her checked by the vet as she may need one that is only from the vets. If she does not need a mediated one then you could ask the vet for sporal d from medichem as that is good for sensitive skin, I know its used by some rescues as its gentle on the skin but is not sold in pet shops it just goes through the vet channel.
Could it be an allergy? If it was my cat, I'd take her to the vet.
