Only the persian (female) is quite aloof. She's an old spinster (like me..;-)

That's what I was hoping for, comparison of different breeds. It makes Maincoons even more mysterious when you think about why they follow you. May be because their ancestors followed fishermen on piers in Maine? Or followed hunters hoping for a shared piece of meat?
