A not very nice 'poo' question
A few months ago Maise had a spell of diarrohea, then back to normal and then a repeat of the diarrohea. We went to the vet who could find nothing wrong with her and gave me a tube of Canikur to put in her food if it happened again. It did and the medicine also worked well. Since then I have needed to use the canikur about 5 times. Today she presented me with the most dreadful , awful smelling offering you can imagine.
now this cat has had the same food since she came here . She does come into the garden with me and eats grass sometimes, she also drinks from the pond but apart from that the routine is the same every day so why is this happening. Before we return to the vet I was wondering if anybody has gone through the same performance for which there seems no reason. Thank you and sorry for the topic but I am worried. I should say she is in the best of form and looking as beautiful as ever!

Do you know if vet did the test for giardia (they test for antibodies) or poop cultures?
If so, and it was negative, have her retested again; ova and parasites can "hide" well.
If you are reluctant to take her to the vet yet try to change her food and see if her diarrhea improves.
