There's no problem with getting them done at the same time but it will be harder on your girl that your boy so I would make sure she has somewhere peaceful and clam for the first couple of days at least. Boys normally don't even act like they've had anything done.
The problem you may have is that your boy may try to wash your girl's wound so the vet may suggest trying to bandage around it to prevent that.
It is a very straightforward procedure though so try not to worry
