Yep, can identify with that too. I've got a thermal heat case for mine, that zips round three sides and before I found my new vocation as cat Slave, I could rest my hot straighteners on the open case with no fears. Now I have to battle to slip them in and out of the closed case, so that in the off chance Freyja pulls them down they'll land whilst still in the case!

Ha, you're lucky Karen. Gracie views the sound of the hairdryer as an opportunity to come running from wherever in the house she is asleep to climb on my lap and demand fuss and stroking! I've now perfected the art of one hand hair styling though it's a right royal pain in the a*se! Typical Princess Gracie though, she's such a non-lapcat normally
Stacey, Teddy is such a cutie - I remember ears that size! Good luck with the flat hunting x

Thanks! We've actually found a flat but we've just not signed the lease yet which is a right pain as my exams start next Tuesday and we wanted everything to be sorted by then so that we'd just be able to move once they were done. Now we still don't have a date and technically no where to live! The letting agent is lovely and says she'll be in touch next week...ARGH! It's because the couple who are moving out have bought somewhere and say they don't know if they need to do some painting in their new flat or not - surely they knew when they looked around before they bought it?!!? /rant
