What we slaves do for our feline masters
We awoke in the wee hours of the morning to a particularly noxious smell emanating from the litter box in our bathroom (at night, Walter is closed in the bedroom-closet-bathroom area with us). When we got up, we found Walter had had the 'runs'. (Most, but not all, was in the litter box.) To borrow Rachel-C's brilliant phrase, he was a 'poopy pants', so he got a partial bath. It took two of us to manage.
So we got him some Chicken Breast tenderloin from the store and I cooked one piece. (First time ever cooking meat in a microwave; I was surprised how fast it cooked, but thought it felt a bit tough whilst cutting it.) Thus far, he has turned up his nose at it (and also his dry foods). :sad2:
What is the best way to cook chicken for my lord and master? And should I wait until tomorrow (to give his tummy more time to sort itself out) before offering him some more?
