Jo - your house sounds like ours, we shut them out at night but the dog (weimaraner) lets everyone in in the morning and with 5 cats and her and my 4 year old it gets very crowded and usually ends in some sort of punch up!
We can't shut ours out of the bedroom at night as they scratch at the door and then bang the door and the handle until it opens and they can get in.Quote:
