My cat's name was Blue Girl on her Papers but I named her Samantha.
Her nick names were Sam, Sammy, Puddin Head, Big Puddin, Little Buddy and Her Royal Beastliness to name a few.
When she was being really special I'd call her Sweet Heart and Sweetie Pie which made her glow with Kitty Joy.
Chiquita is Baby Buddy, The Baby and Little Puddin.
What are your terms of endearment for your cats.
I already call my boy Squidgy bum and he isn't even home yet. lol! Mind you I had a dog called Blue I always called Bluebum. lol
Riley: Belly, Fattipuss, Riley-i-tus
Chester: Baby Chester, Pester, Titch, "he's like a Maine Coon, but smaller"
Alfie: Alfonse, the White Nightmare, Alf-ster, "that little g*t!" - as in: "Look at what that little g*t has done now!"
Rasputin is officially known as Boo (when he's being nice) and Shaitan (when he's not).
He does have other more random names: whizzbah, bugaboo, creature, tynamite, kitten, fatty, pieface... I could go on!
Dot is "Little Dot" or "Dotty May" Little because of her size and Dotty May cos the wifey likes it!
Tilly is "Silly Tilly". The most awkward and accident prone one of our gang.
Pomeroy, I call "Scott" as he has the same facial expressions as a guy in work!!
Raggles is "looney toons" or "Andre" as in the film Andre the performing Seal.
Tia does not have a pet name as she is perfect and "daddies" little girl.........
Buddy gets called Budz, Furball or the ginger whinger when he is grumbling away to himself. He also responds to Bad Kitty.
SO far Poif has been called Poify-kins, Poiffy, Pumpkin, Pest, Ninny, Cotton-headed-ninny-muggins, and Missy. Mostly just pest and ninny though!
Teddy gets a huge variety of names including:
Tedders, Teddington, Sir Fluffalot, Ted or 'Ohmygodwhat'shedonenow?!'
Poor thing hardly ever gets called Teddy!
Jiminy: Jimmy, Jimbo, Stinky, Bambino, Crap-a-Lot, Litte S**t, Prince
Tabitha: Titty, Tabby, Kitty, Tabitha Cat, Titty Lou
This is mostly the OH, he treats them both like babies, he actually woke me up at 6:45am today to show me how cute Jimmy looked snuggled up with him :pissed:
Becareful of pet names for your cats. A couple of years ago my friend got a kitten and couldn't decide what to call him. I took to calling him Thuglet as he was a little thug. My mate still blushes everytime the vet calls out "Thug" in the waiting room.
My 2 lads are still fondly known as 'The Criminals' in our vet's, although the criminal behaviour is a lot less frequent these days!
Dakota is our MC's paper-name (Native American Sioux word for "friend"). However, we call him everything except Dakota. Duke, Dude, Doodlebug, Squiggin' McDiggin' (loves digging his food), Fancy Pants, Squeeky, Tweeky, and our personal favorite, "Little Guy" (because he's NOT) :winkwink:
We call Teddy this too although I didn't want to include it because he's started responding more to that than anything else now - oops!Quote:

I've spoken to him in a stupid baby voice since we got him, now if he hears me speaking like that he comes running thinking I'm talking to him. We also picked him up all the time and walked around carrying him when he was tiny, its kinda stuck with him and he loves to be carried, as soon as you pick him up he starts to purr but he makes my arm go dead now :(
Our cats have a posh names, casual names and a nickname.
The British Blue girl is lovingly called 'Chubby,' Arwen the female maine coon is 'fluffy bum' and naughty Krum the male coon kitten is usually called an expletive...

Roxy: my names, mummys princess, princess Roxy, sweetheart, pretty girl, fluffy bum, snuggle puss
His names: poxy Roxy, gremlin, velcro, scruff bag
The OH gave her the less than flattering names when she decided she was mummys girl!
Hector: Hectorsnore, snoreus, tiger, big boy, mummys handsome chap.......then his other names stink bum, thug (when hes rough with my delicate flower) stupid f*****G cat (under the van moments) fatso, gutsbucket, dustbin and my fav typical as in typical male (only thins about his belly and sleep)
They are known as the rampaging hippo's too when they chase each other!
Unfortunately for Hank, the kids tend to call him 'HankyPoops'..
But of course he tends to get called all sorts... Great Ginger Lump. Lumpus Maximus (his latin name), Giant Furball, Little Sod (when he's took a dive with both arms wide at my ankle)
Winston is called "Winston Bean"...........we realize that he ain't a human being but he is most certainly a "Winston Being" Or "Bean" lol
