hotos oF Brian - and my other cats
So here is Brian - who i rescued about 2 weeks ago, who ive been told is part main coon? As you can see he is VERY thin and underweight - hed look worse without his thickish coat. He been neutered now and had a bath and i finally got the knots cut out of his tail. He was so good to bath and dry using my dog grooming dryer lol! Anyway he looks tons better than when i first rescued him and hes settled in fabulously with the other cats and dogs!!
This is betty - the mum of the two tortie kittens i also rescued all three of these ( kittens got spayed same time as brian to prevent any more unwanted kittens!!!)
Rosie
Daphne
And finally oscar my lilac BSH

How lovely, all of them! And Brian is a handsome boy - and he will be a stunner once you get him back to full fighting health
I do think, on an amateurish viewing, that he may be more Norwegian Forest Cat than MC, but either way you've got a keeper there!

Well will be another new addition to my household in about 8 weeks time! Brians mum who we rescued at same time we rescued him was pregnant - she gave birth thia morning to 5 kittens ( she lives with my friend who is keeping her and the other cat we rescued) sadly one of the kittens was deformed and was still born but touch wood the others are doing fine. One will come to live with me once its old enough, am hoping one will be long haired as i love longhaired cats but if not will be oe of them i take!! In all honest we have no idea who the dad is - it could be whoever brians dad was...........or sadly it could be brian not what wed want as shes his mum but too late now and were just glad to have them all safe and sound - she will be neutered once shes able to prevent her ever having to do this again!!

Hi, how wonderful of you to provide a loving home to yet another kitty!
Although I do think 8 weeks is fairly young to separate him/her from mum. But still, your kitties were very lucky to have found you. Good on you!

Well the kittens are 7 weeks old today and doing incredbily well!! Sadly one of the kittens died at about 4 days old despite feeding well she just never put weight on - in all honesty the state of mummy cat when we rescued her were suprised any of them survived but the remaining 3 are doing well and my little one will be joining mein a couple weeks or so, hes called Ernie and they are all delightful, all 3 look like Brian that I rescued, and all 3 are lovely and fluffy, we still looking for a home for the 3rd one but he will stay until we find the right home as we want to make sure they go to a home where they will be properly looked after!! Mummy cat will be spayed when the times right and is staying with my friend who rescued her when she was pregnant as she absolutely adores her!!
Brian has settled in amazingly, recovered from his neutering and has put on a nice amount of weight - he adores being brushed and loves cuddles, he will nibble your arm when you brush or cuddle him, he also drools with excitement lol he is so friendly, and has settled in with my other cats like hes always been here - i absolutely love him to bits :D will update soon with brian pics and kitten pics!!
