She is nine weeks today & have to admit to going very maternal over her when I saw this photo of her this morning, I luv the slight head tilt & get the feeeling she luvs the camera...!

Just back from cuddles with Ruby,she was a very big brave girl having her jab but will have to be even braver next time as she will be having her microchip as well bless her,she weighs in at 1.4kg so will have to take a look at the weight chart to see how it compares with the girls,China was a big girl when she came & poor little Pansy P was so small I didn't embarass her by putting her on the scales.
Pictures not very good because I wanted to get her out of the waiting room before anyone else came in & get her back to her siblings but "dad" called in on his way home from work to get a little look at her & of course a bit of a cuddle...!

She is such a doll! Getting fluffier and prettier every day. The black spot on her nose looks so cute in cotrast to L white whisker pad.
You must spend all your time with her.
How I wish I could,this is only the third time we have seen her in the flesh & the second cuddle we have had with her,four more weeks before she comes home & although it is an exciting thought I am also dreading it,if the first day goes half as well as Candes has had with Sasha I will be very pleased....Quote:

Oh my, she is precious! Love the first picture.
Twelve more days Candes before the poor little darling is thrown into the lions den,still wondering if I am being fair to the little girl when she could go to a home where she would be the only spoilt child..... Don't know what her weight is now but at 9wks she was 1.5kgs think thats coming up to 3lb 5ozs so hopefully one of the boys big wamps won't flatten her completely....!

Ok could be the last time we have to rely on breeders photos to follow her progress,countdown ticking away now,making the most of a quiet "cat" household this weekend,next week .......

Yep three more days,I stayed on at work this afternoon so I could have a Ruby cuddle when she came in for her 2nd vacc & ID chip & all the babes are super but there is just something about her little face that wins you over,I did have to wait in line first the practice manager wanted a cuddle then two other members of staff I just managed to get my hands on her when the boss walked into the consult room so handed her straight back to the breeder as I don't want to be associated with that nasty place just yet but did get 20 mins of mummy/baby time while the others were being seen too,she weighs 2kg exact & turns out to be the leader of the pack.The breeder said she would put her xmas tree up & place the "cat scarer"in front of it so the babes would get the idea of backing off,for the first time ever someone has gone up to it & tried to find out where the noise & water spray are coming from,now I wonder who that is....? My tree doesn't stand a chance,oh dear what have I done...!Quote:

Just had phone call from the breeder who is going to be later than thought bringing her round,feel awful cus first thoughts were phew closer to bedtime not long to have put up with any hissing etc,all the others have just settled down for their quiet afternoon naps,ha ha that could come to an adrupt end....!
Not going to shout this out loud but she is laying on the arm of the settee washing herself having had a play of mousey with Shimba,it can't last but with first introductions gone well all round already feeling that perhaps I will be able to cope......
She is so sweet & I am so proud of the others will try & get some photos on later.

We have been having terrible problems with a new camera so all of the first photos we took of Ruby arriving with her breeder & the cats introducing themselves to her have been no good at all just quickly took this of her taking over the lower basket on the Tigga Tower,since being in there she has started growling at the others if they dare go too close but I am still surprised how well things are going at the moment,she has had a play time on her own & looked as if she would like to join in with the others but Welly proved too big a challange,another day tomorrow will see if we can get some pictures then providing we have got camera sussed out again....x
