I've been having problems with Mufasa too over the last few days. I starved him yesterday for 24 hours and then reintroduced his kibble today with some fresh fish and chicken this evening - all fine so far! Sadly and most upsetting for him, the only thing that could have caused this (in my opinion) was the new Dreamies advent calendar. He's only ever had Temptations before which have been fine - wonder what the difference is? Or maybe it was a midnight woodlice snack hmmmmn! Hope the boys get sorted soon, clearing up one cat is bad enough.

I don't know if it's any use, but I found that too much Bozita gives the demon-cat variable stools... I originally fed him Bozita twice a day and had Royal Canin dry down for whenever he wanted but now I feed Whiskas once a day and Bozita once a day and I've found we have fewer accidents and fewer claggots!

Not very scientific, but after HiLife kitten last night (dry still down) and this morning and Bertie delivered something approaching solid this morning. A sampler of one, while waiting to leave for work is not proof yet, but here's hoping.

Why do we get so excited about our cats poos,is it a very sad life we lead, when we first started showing Merl & stayed away for the night he never used to do a poo so from leaving here mid afternoon on a Friday {at that point not knowing when he had last been either]until well after arriving home late Sunday evening he wouldn't have "been",wee yes but that all,the first time I woke up to a stink during the night whilst away I was over the moon, had to wake the OH to tell him that Merl had at last done a s**t while on his hols, brilliant,OH not amused...
Good old Bertie hope your brothers are just as obliging....x

I am very confused about Dreamies and Temptations! When we were in the US in the summer we bought Mufasa some Temptations. They were in a virtually identical packet as the Dreamies that are sold over here in the UK. However, our Temptations are in a cat head shaped box. All these treats seem to be sold by Mars Petcare. My problem is that Mufasa can eat both the Temptations products, but I 'think' it was the Dreamies advent calendar that upset his tummy. Does anyone have any idea if these are all the same treats?? Candes, maybe I have a bad advent calendar?? (I'm sorry if this is off-topic but it is about bad tummies)!

Thanks Candes, you know I think I'll be with you and leave them alone - I don't fancy trying them again and making him ill. Anyone want a Dreamies advent calendar?
