sleeping there! There is a comfy, soft and plush bed that belongs to mummy and daddy to sleep in.


My kids sleep and climb into the smallest boxes and baskets that they can find. I do think most cats do this but I think MC's are cuter when they do it cuz they are bigger, except for Maya.

I bought this wicker basket/box home for strictly their toys. Well, Tequila decided he wanted to use it as his bed. Then Maya decided that she had to get into it as well after big bro was done. At least she fits into it and has room to move. Not like Teak-zillz (my husband calls Tequila that cuz he's so big).

Maya then decides that the old toy basket was good enough to lay in. She was curled up and sleeping but my action of turning on the camera woke her up.

Tuckered out playing with the Bergan's turbo track, Maya needed a nap but the slaves' bed is too far away and she didn't want to move that far.

Just thought I'd share. They are happy and content, that is all that matters. No matter where they are sleeping.

They are both sooooooo cute, but Maya especially in the fruit bowl. Broody? Moi?

It doesn't seem to matter whether the box is only big enough for two paws, an empty box always has to be presented to my lot for thorough testing before it is slept in/on/chewed and finally squashed. Why bother with expensive toys when all the cats want is a cardboard box.

I just luv Maya tuckered out in the box,brilliant.
My theory of them curling up into something far too small is to prove to us that they are only the size of a normal moggie cat "see if I was as big as you say I wouldn't get in here",even when it means they have their legs squashed around their heads they still lay there as if it is the most comfortable position in the world.

And when they get too big for the fruit bowl . . . . . . . .

I didn't get a picture of this but does anyone elses' MC's go poop together in the same box at the same time? Tequila and Maya did this and each took a corner. Okay, the box is not big and we do have another box in the other bathroom. But really? Thankfully, Maya is still small. It was difficult for both to try to cover at the same time without one stepping in their poop. I had to do some intervention and help, otherwise it was going to be a very messy job.

They are lovely photos - I love all the strange places that cats can squeeze into.

This is the basket from my Christmas hamper. It is way too small and uncomfortable for Monty to claim it as his bed....isn't it??

This is Casco wedged in between the back of the chair and the chair cushioning. He slept like that for over two hours. Bonkers x
