Waiting is so hard!
I have had my name down on a waiting list for a cream MC kitten since August last year. Finally my baby was born on 19 Jan 2012 and I am waiting for him to come home. He is now almost 10 weeks and I have about another 2 weeks to wait. I am going crazy!! Is there anyone else out there waiting for a kitten at the moment and going nuts? Help!!!
Here are some pics of the little guy:
At 4 weeks
At 7 weeks
And here are two of his adorable sisters

Hi Joy,
Whilst I’m not waiting any longer I can totally relate! When I was waiting for my baba I could hardly sleep with excitement.
2 weeks will fly by, not long now! x

Yes, photos definitely help!! I think part of the reason why I am really struggling at the moment is because there have been no new photos for 3 weeks now. I really want to see some updated pics but also don't want to pester the breeder as I know she is really busy - so trying hard to be patient!
ps. had a look at your kitten page on your webite - it should come with an adorable-ness warning!! Particularly love 'Mr Sneaky'!! lol

I'm probably not going to win any friends amongst the breeders for this but...... I assume you are paying good money for your kitten so in my book it's not out of order to ask for updated pics as they change so much in 3 weeks it's unreal.
I know most people waiting for kittens aren't after "studio quality" pictures, they are usually just desperate to see how their kitty is developing which is totally understandable.
Sorry, I just have my stroppy head on today

What is the name of that lovely little bundle that you are waiting for...? I agree with a "stroppy head on " breeder that it wouldn't be wrong of you to ask for more frequent updates especially at this age as you wouldn't believe how much they change weekly,I still look back at my last babes pictures that the breeder did send through every week & I can't believe how much my girl has grown & now at 6 months she is already looking like a miniture adult so enjoy the anticipation of the next two weeks & have fun when he finally arrives, looking forward to seeing lots more photos....x

In this age of digital photography there no reason the breeder can't send you weekly pictures.
Just grab the camera and start taking pictures of the little imps.
Once they're uploaded to the computer sort them out and send off to the waiting new parents.
Should be considered part of the job, once the new parent has his furry bundle of joy he'll want another and will return to the breeder who was responsive to his needs.
