Thread: Dakota Turns 6 Today - and gives us a birthday surprise!

Our wonderful Kota turns 6 today! It's been a very exciting month for us, as he seems to have "blossomed" overnight. He no longer runs and hides from strangers, has turned into a luvbug, and purrs constantly! Not sure of why the sudden change in him, but we cherish every moment!

For those who don't know his story, we've had him since he was 13 weeks old, and he's always been quite shy and skiddish. We suspect he was never socialized as a baby - there were so many signs at the cattery (another story, another time).

We've worked 6 years with patience and love, never expecting this wonderful gift.
