Pipistrelle is booked in for her spay!
It's come round fast, but she's 7 months now and not had a call so I thought get her in now and she won't have to go through it. Booked in for the 5th June!
Had a free kitten check up today by a nurse and vet. I think the vet was very chuffed he was on that day because he was a lover of the breed  Had a young boy (work experience maybe?) in with him who's eyes fell out of his head when he asked "Oooh, what's that?" and the answer came back that it was a Maine Coon Kitten
Perfect bill of health for her which I'm so pleased about. She's teething at the moment apparently which explains her current grazing. She's not been bolting her food as much lately, rather she's been coming back to it and having like two mouthfuls a time.
The beautiful lummox weighs in at 5.1kg! I couldn't believe it! She's 0.1kg off the weight of my "smallest" moggy now, who has been frequently put in his place by her recently via bundling. She always comes out top cat and he's on the floor with his ears back, and he USED to top cat in this house. I think Pipistrelle is firmly putting herself above him now
She's currently snuggled up behind me being washed in turn by all my moggy boys lol. She's definitely the queen I think, and I reckon they want her smelling back to normal. Again, I'm so chuffed they've all settled in well like a little family.
A little pic of Pipistrelle chilling out with one of her closest friend Bats the corn snake
