Proof of spaying
Hello MC lovers. I was just wondering if you could help me out a bit. What's the best way to send proof of spaying to your breeder? Pipistrelle was spayed at the beginning of June but other than a post spay care sheet, I didn't really get anything else I could send to her breeder. Should I ask the vets if they can provide some sort of receipt or something?
I can't believe that still, after seven months of having her, I randomly go to my other half Ben, "I can't believe we've got a Maine Coon!". I swear it still won't sink in lol. She's so bloomin' wonderful as well. I must try and video one her crazy moments she has in the evenings. She races the whole length of the house doing this weird, low meow sound now and then. Heavens help you if you happen to be in her path! You just get a line of claw marks across your arm or lap! It's just nuts. As soon as we hear the first "broaamauuw" we both go "uh oh!" and take cover!
Also, does anyone elses Coon chat back to them when they're "told off"? If Pipi's about to say, try and jump on the bookcase after a fly (subsequently knocking lamps and vases off) I'll make the same noise I've always done which is the noise her breeder's deterrent cannister used to make her on dining table. When I do that, she stops doing what she was about to do, but chatters to me in response to each "SSHHHT" noise. It's so funny
Couldn't post without some piccies, and I weighed her today as well. She's 5.5kg so not long now till she overtakes my last two moggies. One's at 5.8kg, the other at 6.0kg. She's taller and longer than all of them though. She also seems to have shed her mane during the hot weather. Is that normal for them?
