Thread: My MC Babies :)

Hey there everyone,

Just thought I would give a little update as it has been 3 weeks since I have had my 2 MC kittens and wow has it been an awesome 3 weeks They have settled in perfectly and have been excellent with the 8 odd visitors they have had, initially they were nervous but after the guest had given them some treats they were best friends ha.

They are both now happily eating raw food in the morning and evening and then Animonda Carny for lunch with Applaws biscuits as a side and have had no tummy issues at all. Shadow is definitely the cheeky one and will get into anything and everything, including shoving anything that is on the side tables onto the floor!! Kahn is the laid back one and likes to watch what Shadow is getting upto. Shadow as I said earlier is the really cuddly one but now Kahn is giving him a run for his money as they both lie on me for ages now

I did have to go away to France for 4 days from last Tuesday and was a tiny bit worried, but my mum came round and looked after them and they were brilliant and she got some great cuddles from the boys so I am more than happy leaving them with her when I have to do other work trips.

Amazingly in the 3 weeks I have had them their weight has shot up and they have gotten far bigger since I first got them, Kahn especially has already got an impressive bushy tail and massive feet!! I just weighed them and they have gone from Shadow being 1.4kg and Kahn being 1.8kg to them both being around the 2.6kg mark! My GOD are these going to be big boys hehe :D

Hey there everybody!!

Wow its been a long time since I posted some pics up of my 2 little monsters (not so little now!!). So I thought I would post some pics up of my 2 boys now that they are pretty much 6 months old. So they are doing really well and are pretty much over 4kg now and are running round like terrors still lol. Kahn is a lot more affectionate and I usually get at least one cuddle a day from him and Shadow is now the water baby of the 2 as he loves sticking his head under the water fountain that they drink out of, its hilarious watching him do it lol. I have unfortunately had to stop them coming and sleeping with me at night as between the licking and the kneading I wasn't getting any rest lol but they seem fine with it and they now do their 6-7am meowing and scratching at the door!! Oh and Kahn's tail is unbelievably impressive lol, it is sooo bushy and long now its like a fully grown MC tail!!!

I have also purchased them a harness each and am slowly getting them used to those, was really funny watching them the first time I put them on as back flips ensued lol. They now wear them for 15mins a day and there slowly getting there. When they are neutered at 6 months (6th June is D-Day eeekk) then I will take them outside and see how they go. I also took Neevie for a walk with the harness -
she purrs when I put the harness on, she doesn't move, seems to enjoy the attention
then she stays put, still doesn't move, even if I pull on the leash a bit
then I take her outside, she sniffs around, but stays put, wherever I set her down, no way to make her walk....
oh well, she'll get used to it eventually...
