My MC Babies :)
Ok I suppose its a bit early to post up a thread about the 2 MC's I am getting in February but damn it I am just too excited
So I have just spoken to Lucille from Majesticoon and I could actually have taken 2 kittens right now!! Unfortunetly I haven't got the house in order and I need to give work at least 2 weeks notice for holiday and I am hopefully taking a month off work when I get my MCs so it won't work out to take kittens now
But the litter that was born this month are doing well and I should be able to go see them in around 3 weeks, I won't be able to touch them but can take lots of pictures
So the great naming debate begins!!!

I can't remember AFK, are you the one who was talking about sci-fi names from Stargate and stuff?
how about Nirrty for the female? loooove the name, always found it to be quite catty.... though Nirrty isn't one of the goodies so... but such a pretty name...

If Sci-Fi names are the order of the day, a brown tabby boy has GOT to be called Chewie. Post the pictures when you see the little fellas, that'll get the forum creativity going, I'm sure.

I've just remembered another sci-fi name that was on the shortlist for my MC kitten. Robert Heinlein wrote a ton of books including "The cat who walks through walls" which was about a cat who always got out of any room, or into anywhere. No-one knew how he did it until he was spotted creating a portal through a wall that he then walked through. They eventually figured out that he could do this because no-one had ever told him that it was impossible. The cats name was "Pixel".

Sounds like a lot of fun to be had when you get them. And on the sci Fi root, we named Ripley after Sigourney weaver from aliens so when we got out latest little kitten, she had to be called Newt :-) (or if we had a boy she probably would have been Hudson or Hicks!)got to love a good bit of geekyness x

Ripley is a brilliant name. Of course, a red MC could be "Jones". He made it out of the Nostromo too.
