Zack arrived
Zack arrived but he has had a mid flight mishap
Once he came out from behind the tv I noticed his lip was cut and he had a funny smell. I picked him up and took him to the vets. Seems he must have had a bit of a panic in flight and he has bitten though his lip with his fang repeatedly and then has vomitted which had stuck to it ( hence the smell). He has now had a needle to settle his tummy and is on antibiotics for his lip. Poor little chap - big day.
He is now back behind the TV - no surpirse
Hopefully he will come out again soon.

Zack arrived
Poor Zack & poor you,I am sure he will soon discover that there is someone waiting to give him loads of cuddles & fun & will soon overcome his fright, the good thing with MC's is the fact that curiousity normally wins over pretty quick.
Fingers crossed you soon post that you are both very happy together x

All is peaceful in the house now. Sarah has decided Zack may be better as a playmate and has stopped hissing at him. He has been a very good boy and as yet hasnt done anything really naughty other than the accidental holes in the leather lounge. ( how else does a small kitten get to the top)
I went to sleep last night with my 3 cats curled up on the bed with me ( all is as it should be)

Zack was jumpy for the first few days and hid but has slowly stopped - first he used to go behind the tv in his room- then it was round the corner in front of the tv in his room - then just in his room - then to the edge of his room etc etc. He still runs down there now but comes back out again almost straight away.
I bet by the end of the weekend he will be much more confident
