Thread: maine coon or maine coon cross?

Hi guys!

I'm new to thru forum but wanted to know your opinions? We recently took on a 'stray' kitten. I say 'stray' as I am a vet nurse and the circumstances as to how the kitten cam into our care is questionable. Anyway, this little guy ( we named him Apollo) was approx. 6 weeks old when he came home to us. His a very big kitten and approx. 9 weeks old weighed 1.1kg. in my years of being a VN I haven't seen many kittens of this size at that age. He is still very underdeveloped teeth and man parts wise but is now aprox 10 weeks and weighs 1.3kg.he ant as long hired as most Maine coons but he looks like he has some traits, what do you guys think???
