Gryfn's in the bad books!
I have some orchids, and one of them was beginning to flower.
So I decided to bring it inside from the cat enclosure for us to enjoy as it flowered...
But Gryfn found it irresistable! and proceeded to pull the one open flower off, and pull of some of the buds as well....
but of course he never even touched it when it was outside!!!!!
so now it is up high so he can't reach it...

Naughty Gryfn !
I share similar trouble, with Hank having a great interest in my Chives I've got growing on the patio, when he's out there he's discovered a test for them ! Luckily he's not shown any interest in the strawberrys... yet

Give him time....
I mean they didn't care less about the orchid while it was outside in the cat run, but the minute I brought it inside it was fair game...
Mind you, this is after Gryfn decided to attack my clock this week that sits on my shelf above my desk and knocking it off and breaking it so now I have to get a new clock mechanism for it...
I wonder what the third thing will be...

They do seem to be very clumsy cats ! Hank always seems to land with a thud when he jumps off something and when he's walking along a window sill, it's fair to say most things will soon be knocked off as he clumbers past things lol

Just in case you are not aware of this...onions are quite toxic to cats, and chives are in the onion family and so contain lower levels of the same toxic compound (garlic has a related one). I know from experience that a brief munch isn't going to do anything to a cat, but you probably should not let Hank gnaw repeatedly on your chives.
