What ever happened to the kittens that Corrigan had? Are they still un-accounted for?

Yes still accounted for but I have heard from a breeder friend of Zech's that they are alive and well...

But she says they died and she chucked them in the bin. As they are not hers in the first place she had no right to do that and if they had she should have kept the evidence for the bailiffs.. Her down fall...

Does she give an explanation for their deaths'? Seems odd that they would die just like that, obviously sounds like she is trying to cover up for the fact that she has and wants to keep the kittens....

Surely she owes you for these "dead kittens", are you sueing for them?

None... she just told the bailiffs when they asked for them as they saw them alive and very healthy 3 weeks prior, and these kittens where the reason we could not remove the cat, because the balliffs phoned the Judge in court to check if they could remove mum and kittens... He said NO... hence the wait and the further expense for me to go back.

Yes I am sueing for these kittens she has not only kept the kittens, either way she has lost me 1 years breeding off this girl. No one believes they are dead.... No one ever has.. She can't register them I have contacted FIFE. GCCF and TICA... and if she tries I will be informed and then I can take further legal action against her either way if she tries it FRAUD... because I have an email from her and a statement from the Bailiff on what she said!

My guess is she will try and sell them unregistered on a site like pets4homes. I've seen far too many pedigree put unregistered kittens for sale on that site, some reaching as much as £300!!! Makes a bit of a mockery out of people who want to breed 'properly' as these kittens are usually only nine weeks old and not immunised. Also people hide behind their mobile phone numbers... it could be a good site but it's getting hyjacked by the rubbish breeder's. I'm also worried that if things get too much she might just get rid of the kittens... hopefully if she felt like that she would take them to a charity, but with peole like her who knows!

She does not register her kittens anyway... THAT cost money!! she charges £375 for all her unregistered kittens and gets it.. so she will sell them that way...

If anyone at all or your know anyone that has been offered a kitten with any of the combinations as below... they ARE MY kittens...
