He is still very fluffy no signs of his adult coat yet but plenty of time
Blimey he'd make a great companion to a chimney sweep!
Wow, he's really fluffed out! It's quite remarkable! What a stunning lad you have there.
Wow that's a major tail! just don't get carried away with a furminator now, I did that and got asked what had happened to their tails oops:rofl:
That sure is a tail and a half!
He looks really georgous
I can just imagine him saying words of Ron Burgundy "Dont tell me your not impressed".... count me impressed indeed! What a sight! :koolkat:
Wow what an amazing giant plume of a tail that is! One swish of the tornado would knock over anything in its path!
Heheh... that's a tail with a cat attached.
Our Monty had a scrawny tail as well when he was younger... we even used to make fun of it. But suddenly it kind of exploded into this giant plume (and ringed to boot so it's really reminiscent of a raccoon's tail).:koolkat:
Yes, they all seem to start off with a little piece of hairy string, then suddenly, out of nowhere, a giant fluffy tail appears! :suprised:
That's pretty magnificent - I get quite a draft when Freyja swishes her but I imagine Louie can create more of a gale. Looks stunning - can't believe it's the same rear end!
MC Elvis started with a brush.

and went thru a couple of weeks where his favorite activity was chasing it 'round the scratching post at full speed and ripping out chunks of fur when he caught it.
His was as bare as Louie's when he tired of the game...
It's slowly growing back. Hopefully he's done with that particular amusement.
Gee that is stupendous tail would win any tail competition!!
 wont be long now before the duster arrives
Now that is a tail with a cat! Gives me hope for our Monty's sorry excuse for a feather duster - it's more like a bit of string with fur on at the moment!
Freyja's growing a duster!!! It's not quite to Louie's standards but it's getting there.
That tail is AMAZING!!
Freya is such a pretty girl:smile:
Lovely duster's
Our old fella had longish fur on top & thick but shorter undercoat, at the mo Louie has shorter fur down all four legs but the rest of him is very thick & fluffy still, although his tail fur on the top seems to be changing a little, so hopefully he wont always look like a dandilion clock
 I hope not  Milo's longer fur was alot finer than Louie's but that may just have been him.
Hi Candes,I still love the colour & pattern on Teddy Bearz,it looks as if it is getting more stunning as he matures & as for that tail...
Both of my babes seem to have lost theirs a bit at the moment, fingers crossed it will come back.Merlyn lost his tail at about 2yrs of age & on show days had to powder & brush it like mad to try & make it look good then after he finished showing it just seemed to come back overnight & its stayed that way ever since,typical...I can't say I have noticed too much difference in their coats as they have grown just some seem to have more undercoat to shed than the others & if you are lucky the shaggy belly fur & britches get more flowing,Shimba still can't produce a bib,I call it nothing but bum fluff, sorry, but as hubby says some males can't grow an honest beard so ease up on him, humph, not sure about that one, might have to have coat that Teddy sheds & use it as extensions on Shims
