How far did you travel to pick up your kitten?
I'm a lurker here and researching different breeders. My husband thinks it's crazy to travel far to find a kitten so I am wondering how far you guys went?

How far did you travel....
Compared to a lot on here we kept ours pretty local, the furthest was 170 miles & the closest just round the corner until she moved & then we had to travel all of about five miles...

260 miles/4.5 hours each way, and we had to go twice because the first time we got Chloe and her mum who sadly got ill and died of feline corona virus within a few days of getting her so we did the journey again to get Theo.
On the way home, Theo sat on my lap and looked out the window!

Our breeder is local, only 15 minutes' drive across the city, very lucky there.

I travelled from Gravesend, Kent to Bodmin, Cornwall - approximately 540 miles. Although I can't claim any sort of record as I have a friend in Scotland who has been to the same breeder to collect 5 cats (at three different times) - a journey of over 1,000 miles each time
