My Cat Tree Arrived:

Well my husband and I drove down to our local delivery office this morning to pick up the cat tree. Due to heavy snow and ice we could not drive the whole way into the industrial estate (as there was a steep hill) so had to park the card about a 10 mins walk away.http://www.smilies-and-more.de/pics/...nature/037.gif

When postie handed us the box he warned it was very heavy!!!! He wasn't joking :eek: Hubby said I can't carry that I'll have to get the car. luckily I saw another postie pushing a post trolley and asked him if we could burrow it to bring the very large box up the hill to our car. They duely obliged and we managed to get the box home and in the car. Havn't had a chance to unpack it yet but when I do and have it assembled I will post some pics!

Same here! Pictures!!!!! Then you can tell me straight away how to do that! Good luck in assembling the tree!!! That will be a challenge aswell! What we do for our darlings.... they will never know! :D:D:D:D:D:D

My husband has just spent the last hour assembling the cat tree. Instructions were very poor though he was able to put his engineering diploma to good use:biggrin:

IrishKitty, are you getting Winston a water fountain? Im thinking about it, but not quite sure which one to get. :confused:

To be honest I hadn't given it much thought. I had looked at them and I believe cats like fresh water so I guess the fountain would keep the water moving. I'd love to hear some feedback about them :hopeful:

Got the tree up so took a few snaps of it. I have put it at my patio door overlooking the balcony . He will have a great view of all my birds that feed on the balcony and a 1st class view of Dublin City :ecstatic:

LOL. How lovely! Made me smile when I saw a little toy on the top of the tree and that doggie inside the basket!

I got the toys for the kitty today, and my 2 year old had a ball playing with them. :grin:

Thats 2 year olds for you!
They either end up having better fun playing with the boxes that Santa Claus delivered their toys in, or playing with the Maine Coon's new toys :rofl:
I can see lots of fun and games in your house when the new kitty arrives :LOL:
