Went to visit yesterday...
I typed all this in then closed the window without posting. Duh!
Anyway, I drove from North London to Birmingham in 5 hours and back in 3 1/2. Roads full of people who think that they can drive "normally" in these conditions. Sigh. But kittens are worth it!
Anyway, here are some photos from yesterday; Mine are the two red tabbies, but I have included some others including a too cute Birman kitten.
Dilemma: SHOULD I GET A THIRD ? Seriously, there is one boy left and I am not working on misguided sympathy, but (he's the one looking quizzical in the photos, I think) I am getting gently attached. My friends have mixed opinions and I am on the fence... Should I wait a while for another kitten from another litter, even a girl ?Last edited by Peter Galbavy; 19th December 2010 at 10:49 AM. Oh my word what little sweeties, gone all soft & rubbery now,I want another one....
Should you have the third, what a position to be in,as one of our vets would say if you can't give a decisive answer, yes,no ,maybe....always think that is a good one.
Yes if you plan having three,go for it,double trouble is fun, treble I can't even imagine.
No if it is heart ruling the head & you really would like to wait & have another one from a different parentage be it male or female.
Maybe it could be a good idea as no having to introduce a newbie to the existing family...
Good luck whatever the outcome, will watch with interest, cuddles to your boys when you see them again, hopefully in better driving conditions but it sure looks as if it was worth it.

Hi Peter, they are lovely kittens!
As for getting the 3rd kitten, I say go for it. We started off with the one and now have 4. The 3 younger ones are aged from 3 to 10 months so they will grow up together, hopefully with little conflict.
We picked up our newest 3 days ago and there was a little trouble at first but now all is fine. If you get the 3 together there should be no problems as they are already used to each other.

They're super cute! And gorgeous... the one on the left in pics 1 and 6 already has that lion-like MC look... when he grows up he will be awesome!
Is your third kittie the cream one in pic 5? I'd say go for it... where there's room for two there's also room for three.

Beautiful kitties.... Coonies are so lush when they are small!!
I keep looking at Mimi... and she is either putting a lot of weight on which is brilliant or she could ( WOW) be in kitten... we shall find out I am sure in time..

It will be the stunning Mr Jet li, I run her with him for a few weeks but they acted more like friends than lovers!! but then thats just Jet, best friend first.
Jet has to come in when it gets cold he hates to be outside, so she came in with the girls which was good for her too, but over the last week either she is eating more than her share of food or pasta... but she is getting quite thick... will take a look this week maybe its just her , she's happy and her coats looks fab, or fingers crossed it could be the pitter patter of tiny feet!!

Wow Peter, congratulations! So you are having 3 brothers! Triple trouble, I bet you can't wait! How lovely for them to be able to grow up together. Looking forward to more pictures in due course. xxx

Good for you,he does look as if he is asking "What about me"in the photo.
You must be the answer to a breeders dream,I know mine was surprised when we went to look at the one & said we would have two but three....!
Keep us posted.
