The Litter kwitter!!!

I am aware that Maine Coons are very intelligent and can be thought new tricks but I'm wondering what do experienced cat owners think of the Litter Kwitter?

I have to admit when I heard of it first , I thought this is amazing and it would be wonderful not to have a litter tray in the house but then I read various statements about cats getting stressed etc.
