Sweaty kitten ?
Yep Elismom the pads are the only place for heat to escape from our furries that is why there is always such a big campaign about not keeping animals in parked cars, not only when it is really hot but any sun can soon heat the inside of a vehicle & as an animal can't sweat from pores over the body like us the heat builds up from inside out, acts like a microwave,it can happen very quickly & having seen the consequences of it am only too pleased that the police are very happy to act quicker nowadays & break in to hopefully get the animals out in time.
Moshis mum I haven't noticed any of mine being noticebly damp but they do seem to be more warm & slightly tacky there after playing fetch, the fur at that point is thinner & finer so perhaps that is the reason why, might pay to just stop her game at the point she starts showing signs,15 minutes straight off is quite intense for a babe, which is all she is although the size they are at that age makes you forget that !
Back up from here to what Elsimom posted, would love to see some pictures of her....
