Bit wiffy!
Sunshine's fur is getting pretty long now - especially on his belly, back legs and tail.
He never gets messy when going to the toilet but a couple of times when I've had him spread-eagled to groom him (how undignified!!), I've noticed a faint smell of wee! I've given him a bit of a wash a couple of times, which leaves him a little sweeter smelling, and I'm guessing it's a consequence of all that fur - but I just wondered if anyone else notices this, and if you have any tips? It's prob a boy thing too - the girls are fine!

I had the same problem with Welly for a while so just had wipes on standby to do the all important little bits but as suddenly as he started it he stopped again,he tends to stand with his front paws on the side of the tray for both toilets & for a while he squatted how you would expect them too but then went back to the other way so he obviously realised that for some reason his fluffy drawers could be coped with better standing & no indignities were then suffered,I think sometimes boys can be a bit slap happy with the personal stuff but they do seem to soon outgrow it,luckily.

Yes sometimes when brushing Mufasa's tummy I can smell wee. I got some of the Pet Head - Only Cool for Cats - Feeling Frisky waterless spray shampoo (phew!). If he doesn't need bathing, I spray some of this on his tummy when needed and he smells like a Blueberry Muffin LOL! Don't think he's too keen but it is a lovely smell.

I'm glad I'm not alone! Not sure how he'll feel about smelling like a blueberry muffin but I'm going to give it a try

I've got mine now - haven't tried it yet but I stuck it under Sunshine's nose so he could smell it, and he seemed to like it! Blueberry muffin coonies here we come

Ha ha! Maybe we should start a 'blueberry muffin' club! Hope you like the smell too.
