Thread: introducing a kitten

I'm wondering how this turned out as I have a 14 week old MC kitten (had him a week) and he is getting to know my wife's 4 year old MC boy and my 8 year old MC girl.....we are using a separate isolation room (kitten and I isolated!) for the reason above - the other two sleep in our bedroom so the thought was keeping them out is unfair on the established cats.

After a week, we have the kitten out with the other two for most of the day.....and it's mostly OK.....but at night, kitten and I sleep together in the spare bedroom so the established cats keep the same routine.

I'd be interested to hear how others go about introducing MC kittens to adult MC's........I think we all hope they will accept each other immediately but this rarely, if ever, happens.
