Snoring?!

So, Beau snores - not all the time, but sometimes he's quite loud! He doesn't have any problems breathing, behaviour and health-wise no worries at all. He does sometimes make snuffling noises when he's purring though lol. It's really quite cute and up to now I've not thought anything of it, he's asleep next to me right now and no noise! Then it occurred to me that maybe I ought to have him checked out, so just wondering from other peoples' experience if it's normal?
