Thread: new to maine coons

hello im a feline lover and ive had alot of cats in my life but a few things i dont know about my new little kitten, My friends found her as a stray on their front porch and wanted to give me a cat. I always have attracted cats in my life and love felines no matter what breed.

When i got her everyone has said that she is a Maine Coon so i started to look up her breed and got a few pointers on her. She's beautiful and is grey and white, she's a talker and verry active. I looked up on wiki about Maine Coons and it said that they are talkers and that they are good hunters.

My main questions are that she always has to headbutt me when ever i sit down and she follows me from room to room is that normal???

She uses the litter box since i have brought her home but from day one she hasen't covered her poo, how can i teach her to cover her poo so my appartment dont stink like cat kaka.....
