Maine coon cat tree
Hello,
We're on the look out for a climbing/exercise 'tree' for our Maine coon. In particular are there any recommended manufacturers out there that others have used, both to avoid and seek out. We've come across Kalven who appear to make some quite lovely designs (we'd contacted them to ask about our own design and await a response). Looking online has thrown up a variety of choices and prices - it would seem that there are a good many, relatively cheap models out there but I'm doubting as to whether most of these would suit a Maine coon (even if they advertise as being for 'big cats').
We'd love to hear from others experiences of what's been good (and bad too!) so we can make the best choice in what and where to buy from.
Thank you ☺️

We have the Tigga Tower, expensive but you can build it up as you can afford it & has been designed by a mainecoon breeder so built for the breed, we have had ours for years still looks as good as new & takes four of our bunch with no problem, if you go for the granite base {not sure if they have other options now or not} 40kg + worth of cats hurling themselves at it & it still doesn't move x

Decided to try a tree from Zooplus in the end; based on a combination of reviews, pricing and availability. The Tigga Tower stuff looks really good but I can't afford it. I'm likely to have a go at making my own in the long term, possibly with the frame of an old sturdy bookcase we have (adding stairs, places to hide etc).
Thank you for your interest and reply ☺️
