There is no clear answer to your question.
It's all based on genetics and nutrition as well as exercise.

My Rocco's legs were extremely thick and looked very stocky when he was a kitten; hence I thought he'd be HUGE when he grew up but I was wrong. At 6 calendar months he was 4.70kg (10.36 lbs). At 12 months, he was 6.77kg (14.92 lbs).

My Merlin was slimmer, taller and longer as a kitten; at 6 months he was 4.93kg (10.86 lbs). At 12 months he was 10.36kg (22.83 lbs).

I have seen a 4 year old neutered male MC from Japan that weighed only 4.70kg which was the same weight as my Rocco at 6 month old.
