Black Smoke
We got our Black Smoke "Raggles" at no extra cost. He is the brother Storm of WoodsideMaineCoons from "Sueragdandy" in Cardiff. Susan has a few "smoked" kittens available at the moment.

Please help...
Since I am so new to MC's, I'm definitely getting a bit confused about all the different coloring and pattern names.
Does anyone know of a website that may have a chart with PICTURES of samples of each type? I mean I know that every cat will be somewhat different, but just when I think I might understand the definition of smokes and silvers and parti-colors (etc, etc) then I see a cat labeled one of those that in the definition I thought I learned would be a different kind.... oy vey

Black smoke
If you go onto the Maine Coon Club cat site they have a very good bit on colours & patterns, they start off with a few pictures but if you scroll down that page there is a very detailed report on them all, hope it helps...

Getting closer...
The MC Cat Club was definitely helpful. Now my main question left is the difference between "silvers" and "smokes". Some people seem to say they are the same, others say they are different. The site you referred me to did not mention "silvers", so it makes me wonder if maybe they are officially the same as smokes....
Thanks again!
