Thread: Holidays!

I can't quite believe I am contemplating this, but we are now considering a week's holiday next year in Devon, taking our Coonies with us LOL!

Have found this gorgeous barn conversion between Exmoor & Dartmoor with floor to ceiling windows on the entire first floor and they are pet friendly accommodation - I can just see our two gazing out at the wildlife chirruping away. It's only £300 for a week and a cattery alone for the both of them would soon add up.

My question really is has anyone been on holiday with their little ones before, and do you think they would be stressed by the journey down? It's about 2 1/2 hours from where we live and we would consider stopping for a litter tray toilet stop about halfway. They both travelled just over an hour from their breeders in Wiltshire and were fine. Any thoughts on this would really be appreciated - I thought it would be lovely for them to have a holiday too but obviously don't want to cause any undue stress.

What do you guys think?
