I appreciate what you are saying but MJ is a young boy, my Baggins is 7 years old and gets on with everyone and always has.
MJ may not be mean, but he is not happy at the moment, and I have to do what is best for him not me.
If this mean re-homing him then I will, I want him to be happy but at the moment I am trying all the suggestions given to me I will not make this decision lightly.
My cats except for one live in the house and so one way or another he will have to settle somewhere, and this has to be in the house as to put him out side in a pen even with a friend is not what I want at all or that he deserves.
Hope this makes sense, its not a very happy time for him or us at the moment
Getting rid of Baggins is not an option.

Ouch... that's a tough decision.
Hope things will look up soon so you won't have to find him a new home.

We had Guests for Dinner, and MJ who normally stays away from Frodo, came to say hello and was waiting for his share of the Duck and Chicken from the table, so maybe he is already coming around, got up this morning to no MJ fur all over the rugs.... who knows maybe the bath in vanilla did it..
My Friends said your cats always smell so wonderful, this is usually because every day I wipe down the cat scratches with Lenor water which gets off the hairs and leaves it smelling nice plus all their bedding is washed in Lenor...
But they went one step ahead and said no they smell like buiscits... I thought eh???? then I remembered the Vanilla.. lol Good enough to eat!!!

That sounds positive... there's still hope.
Biscuits, hmmm... the previous owner of our house had cleaned out all the kitchen cupboards with something vanilla-scented. It is unbelievable how long that smell lingers. I even tried a spray that's used to de-odorise horse stables and the're is still a faint vanilla scent when I open the cupboards.

Stand off
Do not think this is going to work so I have written the advert...
After a night with Baggins in my bed, and Possie and Gabriel and Lestat in Ambers Mj was left alone with the others, its the first peaceful night since he was neutered... Not working no matter what...
One more week and then I will try and find him a pet home... No good that he is constantly looking over his shoulder.. he is only 14 months old he has a long life ahead of him.
First photo MJ checking if the coast is clear..
Then the stand off Mj looking at Baggins and Baggins looking at MJ..

Mr Baggins and MJ
What a dilema, would it be worth trying MJ on Zylkene for a week to see if he went into more relaxed mode perhaps he wouldn't wonder where Baggins was all the while & in return it might make Baggins become less aware of MJ.....

I would if I thought it would work, but he is not just starting fights with Baggins now he actually took on Lestat today, and Lestat is not a fighter either??
I really do not know what went wrong M J, has lived with all the cat in the house since the day he was born, he has played with the boys in fact he loved Frodo and Lestat as he is more like an Aby in attitude than a MC. But since he was neutered he has become a night mare, all the cats are now at this moment wandering around and growling at each other.. He is not my first MC neuter, but the first for many years, I have never had this before with any breed of cat.. very Bizarre... and a dam shame as he is a wonderful boy, and everyone loves him when they come to visit. but I spend all day now wandering around picking up chunks of MC fur...
I am going to the vets on the 5th of Jan, I will take him with me maybe he has more hormones left that the rest, but Lestat who was a sprayer and of course our Possie who had no clue anyway what those lilac things where between his back legs are all fine????

Good idea to have the vet check him over once more... just in case it might be some physical ailment. Good luck!
