I'll see what I can do to adjust the layout.

FWIW, the upper page select gizmo is buried under the Orange Kitten's tail and doesn't recieve the "click" from FF4...
The one at the bottom of the page seems to be fine.
TIA

Hi Dave, I like the layout - not sure what to do with the facebook stuff but that's because I'm a facebook-phobe! I've got one observation about the links beneath 'new posts' and 'private messages' - might be because I'm on a mac though - and that's the link for 'news and announcements' is obscured by the GoogleADs button. Not a major issue but thought you should know.
Can't think of any better suggestions for re-branding than those already mentioned, although I'm kinda with Claudel and Howlinbob - the current name does what it says on the tin!
Thanks for the hard work you're putting in to this - I don't profess to understand what it entails, but you do a great job maintaining and developing this forum/site and we're all extremely grateful.

Dave, if I follow any of the "first new post" arrow links in the "Top 5 Stats" frame (between the posters name and the time/date fields) I always get an error. Following the "first new post" in the main forum lists is OK.

I am also having trouble with tail of the cat on the masthead covering various useful buttons or such. Depends on how large the browser window is sized--particularly bad when window is small (I had to resize window to be able to login). However, even maximized on my high res monitor, the tail usually covers something useful, like the Last button. Using Firefox 3.6 (under Linux).
