Thread: Do we have any Legal boffs?

Long shot but are there any members who are up to date on English Consumer Law that could read a letter for me before I send it, just to check its correct?? Nothing to do with cats but just thought it was worth asking. I don't mind paying someone to help, the law I'm really interested in is Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Basically some "being" has really ripped my lad off re getting his car through MOT. He is only 17 and in the Army, training to fight for this country and the consequences .....and took wrong advice from his Dad but .... end of the day his car is in such a state now that I have no option other than to put this through the Courts for him.

I'd really like someone just to check out the letter I am sending first; but if I have to take this further then ... well I may need to employ someone.
