Well done to you both for being so caring. I don't think he'll be going anywhere soon, he knows when he is well off!
Personally I love the name Psycho cat and would leave it at that. It would certainly make visitors wonder why he's got such a name. Think of all those stories you could (make up and) tell, lol.
