I know who you are talking about and Rick Parfitt was on my bedroom wall for years...well his poster. His hair was to die for, blonde, curly and lush. Enjoy and have fun. I last saw them about three years ago and yes, they were as good then as they are now!

Grew up through the 50s & 60s. Listened to my mothers music' Fabian, Dion, Everly Brothers, etc.etc.
Later years it was Beatles (of course), Santana, Black Sabbath, Chicago,Hendricks, Joplin, Doors etc.etc.
Now its roots blues, some jazz, some country and a diverse eclectic bag.
Don't have any idea who your speaking about

I think the only one of Status Quo I know is you're in the army now - status quo "in the army now" (video clip) - YouTube - it came out about at the same time as Top Gun and things like that, did it not?
so how was it Chris? did you enjoy the head banging? :-)

Whyemier,
That's Minni-soda, hahaha I love how people perceive our accent. We don't think we have an accent here, we think everyone else does! I was a wee tot in the 60's so as I can't say I ever heard of the robs? My the hubby has he was born in the mid fifties and listened to different music than I did. Although I have listened to some Janet Joplin, Bob Dylan, Country Joe and the Fish ah the good ol days, and it's one two three what are we fighting for? hahaha

Does your other part remember "BitterSweet" ?? Their biggest and perhaps only 'hit'.
