We just returned from a wonderful 10 days at the family condo in the Colorado mountains... Mid 70's perfect! (24C). We've returned to Phoenix and a high of 108F (42C) with the monsoon humidity (21%)!!!!!! We spend a lot of time indoors in the air conditioning and finding ways to travel to cooler locations! Here are a few photos of the beautiful Rocky Mountains!

I dont blame you for being inside with air conditioning on thats for sure, wish I had some just now, depending on a rather small fan !!! lol

Buzz and Baxter are in their tent. Since we haven't built the catio yet, it is a safe way for them to be outside with us when we are on the patio. We have a lot of wildlife here... coyotes, bobcats, very large owls etc. I'm probably too protective but my cousin had her cat snatched by coyote while they were in the hot tub just 15 to 20 feet away! So traumatic for them. The tent is compact so we bring it when the boys travel with us. I used it on the balcony at the condo because we are on the 3rd floor and Buzz is clumsy and Baxter is fearless. Makes happy hour so much more relaxing for me with the boys in the "playpen". They have been in it since day one and they seem to like it. I bought it at Amazon.

They certainly look comfortable in there and it is a great idea KimAZ and OMG being here in Scotland we dont really have the predators that you have over in America. What a shame about your cousins cat that must have been horrific for them. I dont think you can be to over protective, they are our babies after all. Going to look that tent up now !! lol

No kidding huh? I can not imagine the way I would freak out! I would cash it down and beat it. There was a deer standing at my patio door last Friday evening and the Beagles were freaking out! The doe just meandered across the yard and hopped over the fence. That is about as dangerous as we get here in the cities haha!
